Debido al desnivel del terreno, los bloques van en l\u00ednea, y son sencillos bloques de ladrillo visto, que juegan con el z\u00f3calo de piedra, y el pa\u00f1o vertical de huecos, que cambia de material.<\/p>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s llamativo del bloque son los balcones referencia del Movimiento Moderno inspirado en Le Corbusier, un voladizo de hormig\u00f3n con el antepecho frontal de hormig\u00f3n.
